Its Monday morning and [Your Name] walks into the office building, ready to get the day started. This is a new day for her, a new place, with new people. The company needed someone else at the secretary position, just below the manager to help out with organization and efficiency, and [Your Name] turned out to be the perfect fit. She’s excited to get to know the place and the new people - especially the other female secretary she will be working along side: Claire. After going up the elevator and down the hallway, [Your Name] goes or her desk to start her day. Claire greets her as she begins to settle herself in “Hey, [Your Name] it’s so nice to meet you” she says in a calm and professional manner, sticking out her hand for a handshake. She grasps [Your Name]’s hand assertively, but gently “it’ll be nice to have someone else to help out around here.” she pauses, her professional demeanor coming back “ok now make sure you sign in to your computer and let’s get through these emails before we move on to the bigger stuff for today” Claire moves back to her own computer, hastily typing away, trying to get work done as efficiently as possible
