Dreamland Creator Competition — Terms & Conditions

These Competition Terms & Conditions (the "Competition Terms") govern your entry into and participation in the Dreamland Creator Competition (the "Competition") organized by Dream Studio USA, Inc., Dream Studio LLC, and Tektopia Ltd (collectively, "Dream Studio," "we," "our," or "us"). By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Competition Terms, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced on ourdream.ai. If you do not agree, do not submit an entry.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Entry Period & Key Dates

All times are expressed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) unless otherwise stated. The Competition runs on the following schedule:

• Character eligibility: only characters created on or after April 17, 2026 00:00:00 UTC may be submitted.
• Submissions open: April 17, 2026.
• Submissions close: April 30, 2026 at 23:59:00 UTC. No new entries will be accepted after this time.
• Competition ends (scoring cutoff): May 7, 2026 at 23:59:00 UTC.
• Winner announced: on or around May 8, 2026, via our official Discord and by email to the winning entrant.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to extend, shorten, suspend, or modify the Entry Period or any other key date if we reasonably determine such a change is necessary (for example, for technical, legal, or integrity reasons).

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who, at the time of entry and continuously through prize delivery:

• are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older);
• hold a verified ourdream.ai account that is in good standing and has never been suspended, banned, or subjected to enforcement action for fraud, abuse, or Terms of Service violations;
• are legally permitted to enter a skills-based competition and to receive the Prize in their jurisdiction;
• are not a resident of, or physically located in, any country or region that is subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions, nor an individual or entity on any U.S. sanctions list or equivalent restricted-party list.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members or household members of Dream Studio and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and service providers involved in the development, administration, or fulfilment of the Competition are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, sign in to your ourdream.ai account, create or select a character that meets the requirements set out in Section 4, open the character's menu (the "three dots"), and choose "Submit to Competition." Each entrant may have at most one (1) active entry in the Competition at any time. You may withdraw an active entry and submit a different character in its place at any time before submissions close, subject to these Competition Terms.

Entries may be refused or removed for any reason, at our sole discretion, including failure to meet the moderation requirements described below. An entry is not considered accepted until it has passed our automated moderation checks and appears on the Competition leaderboard or in your "Your Submission" view.

4. Entry Requirements & Content Rules

Every entry must comply with all applicable law, our Terms of Service, our Prohibited Content Policy, our Content Moderation Policy, our Underage Policy, and our Screening Policy, as updated from time to time. Without limiting the foregoing, you represent and warrant that every entry you submit:

• is original to you or is used with all necessary rights, licences, and permissions, and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights;
• does not depict, name, or reference any real, identifiable person (including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals) without lawful authorization, and does not depict any minor, any person who appears to be a minor, or any non-consensual or illegal sexual conduct;
• does not contain unmodified default preset text or placeholder content, nor fields that exist solely to trigger or evade automated moderation;
• does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited by our policies;
• was created on or after April 17, 2026 00:00:00 UTC and has not previously been submitted to a prior or concurrent Dream Studio competition.

We may automatically or manually review any entry at any time. Entries that fail moderation may be rejected or quarantined and, in such cases, accrue no points toward the leaderboard during the period of rejection. You are responsible for ensuring your entry remains in good standing throughout the Entry Period.

5. Scoring & Leaderboard

Points are awarded for genuine engagement generated by your character between the time of submission and the Competition scoring cutoff, as follows:

• 1 like = 5 points;
• Every 5 chats = 1 point;
• 1 image generated = 3 points;
• 1 video generated = 10 points.

Scoring is computed from server-side data only. Engagement that is removed, refunded, reversed, marked as spam, or later determined to be inauthentic will not be counted, and any points already credited in respect of such engagement will be deducted. In the event of a tie on total points at the scoring cutoff, the entry with the earlier submission timestamp (tracked by us in UTC) will prevail. The leaderboard displayed on the Competition page is for informational purposes and may be rounded, cached, or delayed; the authoritative final score is the one recorded in our production systems at the scoring cutoff.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Integrity is a condition of entry. You must not, and must not permit or encourage any third party to, engage in any conduct that artificially inflates, distorts, or manipulates the engagement recorded against your entry. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• operating, using, or coordinating with automated scripts, bots, macros, emulators, or any other means of programmatic interaction with ourdream.ai;
• creating, controlling, or procuring the use of multiple accounts, fake accounts, or sybil accounts to generate likes, chats, or generations toward any entry (including your own or another entrant's);
• buying, selling, exchanging, soliciting, or incentivizing engagement through gift cards, cryptocurrency, cash, in-platform credits, or any other consideration;
• participating in or organizing engagement pods, swap rings, click-farms, or other coordinated inauthentic behavior;
• exploiting bugs, race conditions, API endpoints, or undocumented features to inflate counters, bypass rate limits, or otherwise game the scoring system;
• impersonating another person, misrepresenting your identity, or entering on behalf of another individual or entity without authorization;
• any activity that violates our Terms of Service, any Dream Studio policy, or any applicable law, regulation, or platform terms of any third-party service used to promote your entry.

Genuine organic promotion of your entry through your own audience (social media, chat communities you participate in good faith, personal outreach) is expressly permitted, provided it complies with these Competition Terms and all applicable third-party terms.

7. Right to Final Review, Audit & Disqualification

We expressly reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to conduct a final manual review of the top entries before any Prize is awarded. That review may include, without limitation: inspection of server-side engagement logs and request fingerprints; device, IP, payment-method, and behavioral analysis; cross-referencing of related accounts; review of off-platform promotion; manual re-moderation of the character content; and any other investigation we consider appropriate to verify that the entry complies with these Competition Terms.

If we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that an entrant has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct, has materially breached these Competition Terms or any Dream Studio policy, has submitted false or misleading information, or has otherwise gamed, manipulated, or attempted to manipulate the Competition, we may take any one or more of the following actions without prior notice and without liability:

• deduct any or all points obtained through the conduct in question;
• withdraw or disqualify the entry (and any associated entries) from the Competition;
• declare the entrant ineligible to win or receive any Prize, even if the entrant would otherwise have placed first;
• award the Prize to the next highest-scoring eligible entry, or withhold the Prize entirely if no eligible entry meets the standard required;
• suspend, restrict, or terminate the entrant's ourdream.ai account and pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity.

All determinations made by Dream Studio under this Section 7 are final and binding. By entering, you expressly waive any right to challenge such determinations except as expressly provided by applicable law.

8. Winner Notification & Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the entrant's ourdream.ai account and/or via our official Discord. The potential winner must respond to our initial contact within seven (7) calendar days and must complete our verification process within a further seven (7) calendar days. Verification may require, without limitation:

• a government-issued photo identification confirming age and identity;
• proof of residence, where reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility under applicable law or sanctions regimes;
• a signed affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release;
• a completed IRS Form W-9 (for U.S. taxpayers) or equivalent tax documentation;
• payment information sufficient for us to remit the Prize (for example, bank-transfer or PayPal details).

Failure to respond, failure to verify, refusal to comply with these Competition Terms, inability to accept the Prize for any reason, or the return of a notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at our sole discretion.

9. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a cash amount of five thousand United States Dollars (USD 5,000) (the "Prize"), delivered as a single payment by bank transfer, PayPal, or another method selected by Dream Studio in its sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent or substitution will be offered except by Dream Studio in its sole discretion. The Prize is awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, bank fees, conversion fees, and other charges associated with the receipt or use of the Prize, including, without limitation, federal, state, provincial, and local income taxes. Dream Studio may be required to report the Prize to tax authorities and to issue a tax information form (such as a 1099-MISC in the United States). The winner agrees to provide all information reasonably necessary for Dream Studio to comply with its tax and regulatory obligations.

11. Use of Name, Likeness & Submission

By entering, you grant Dream Studio and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, modify, translate, publish, and otherwise use your entry (including the character's name, images, descriptions, and related metadata) in connection with the operation, promotion, and marketing of ourdream.ai and the Competition, in any and all media now known or later developed. If you win, you further agree that Dream Studio may use your username, first name, general location, and a non-sensitive photograph (if voluntarily provided) for promotional purposes in connection with the Competition, except where prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with the Competition will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Dream Studio may process such information for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, delivering the Prize, preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with applicable law.

13. Release, Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by entering you release Dream Studio and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, affiliates, and service providers (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to (a) your participation in the Competition, (b) the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, (c) any technical, network, printing, human, or other error affecting any part of the Competition, (d) any injury or damage to persons or property (including damage to any computer system or mobile device) that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by your participation or by downloading any material related to the Competition, and (e) any claim brought by a third party relating to your entry.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, demand, cost, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Competition Terms, your breach of any representation or warranty herein, or your misuse of the Services in connection with the Competition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Released Parties to any entrant in connection with the Competition is limited to the value of the Prize. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in which case the foregoing limitations will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Modification, Suspension or Termination

If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as described in these Competition Terms, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, sanctions, force majeure, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition, Dream Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual involved, modify these Competition Terms, or cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition. In such cases, we may, but are not obligated to, award the Prize on the basis of scores accrued up to the time of the disruption, or by any other method we reasonably determine to be fair.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Competition Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Dream Studio submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within New Castle County, Delaware for the resolution of any such disputes, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including any agreement to arbitrate and class-action waiver, apply to the Competition to the extent they can be read consistently with this Section.

16. Miscellaneous

These Competition Terms, together with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the other policies referenced on ourdream.ai, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream Studio with respect to the Competition and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. If any provision of these Competition Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure by Dream Studio to enforce any provision of these Competition Terms will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Dream Studio may assign its rights and obligations under these Competition Terms in whole or in part without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
