happy friday! a big one this week: new discovery shelves, more creator tools for takedowns and rejections, a pile of fixes, and a change to pack terms that creators should read in full below
updates
discovery shelves - popular packs and comics now have their own shelves in community
help desk appeals - creators can now appeal content takedowns through the help desk, and there’s a replacement media flow for group chats with rejected images
more myai filters - we’ve added more filters to myai
more tags for group chats and comics - the limit is now 20, up from 10
new regenerate reason - you can now flag a response as “nonsense / bad grammar” when regenerating
hide the video packs rail - if you’re seeing the homepage video packs rail, you can now hide it in preferences
gc autoapproval - we have applied our character automod to group chats!
changes to packs - creator earnings per unlock have moved from 50% to 30%. the 50% rate was promotional, and 30% is where it settles going forward. free packs now show non-premium viewers a four item preview
improvements
anime character creation - now set to fluidity rather than dreamy by default
bugs (all fixed!)
anime character creation - unfinished anime characters were switching to realistic and creating a duplicate “placeholder” character
tags - tags were disappearing or changing after publishing
image ordering - chosen images were disappearing when placed before a video
ipad chatting - the chat textbox was slipping offscreen
video thumbnails - completed videos were missing thumbnails until a reload, and reference-only videos were missing their first-frame thumbnail
